Implementation is scoped at 15% of Year 1 ARR (minimum $5,000) and includes CRM integration setup, call recorder integration, initial Value Framework configuration, two collaboratively-built business cases, admin training, and team onboarding. The goal: your agent is generating business cases in your first 30 days, not your first 90.
Yes. 2-year commitments receive 10% off the platform fee; 3-year commitments receive 15% off with a price lock through the term. Volume discounts are also available for larger teams.
Minoa’s MCP (Model Context Protocol) server connects your Minoa workspace to AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Glean, and Dust. This means your team can access business cases, value hypotheses, and research directly from the AI tools they already use.
