Sunil Joseph Joins Minoa as Advisor to Strengthen Customer Success Initiatives

San Francisco, CA - June 5, 2024 - Minoa is pleased to announce that Sunil Joseph recently joined the company as an advisor. 

Sunil is a chief customer officer, advisor, and investor. Most recently, Sunil was the global VP of customer success at Stack Overflow. Sunil's resume includes customer success leadership roles at Avanoo, Reflektive, and Medallia, beyond his involvement as an investor and LP in venture funds and advisor to selected startups. He’s a seasoned operator and built teams from early through growth stages, with successful exits (IPO, Private Company acquisition, PE).

Sunil brings almost two decades of experience in start-up scaling, customer success, growth, and company building. He spent the first decade of his career as a full-stack software engineer, worked at an investment bank on Wall St, and spent five years leading professional services engagements and teams at Deloitte.

Moreover, Sunil’s extensive background in customer success is crucial to further Minoa's mission to help Go-To-Market (GTM) teams sell on value, ROI, and value messaging throughout the entire customer journey. From pre-sales to post-sales.
